I had meant to listen to just the first set last night, but I ended up hearing the whole thing, so to keep up my Sunday morning tradition I put on Aunt Monk 5-9-75 at The Generosity. Then it was 4-20-75, last show of the last Legion of Mary tour, a command performance, a nice tape with most of the show intact, it's more than 3 hours long! This is now the Jimmy Warren version of the group, and it looks like they went out on this tour with a relatively small repertoire. Good performance, first show of the tour, and they do a couple relatively rare (to me) numbers like Russian Lullaby. At one point someone says 'I'd love to get a copy of the tape.' If the taper told him 'how about you shut up for an hour or so then?' it must have been off mic. It's a AUD with decent sound, though the organ is not quite loud enough, but also tons of crowd noise and sometimes loud conversation.
